Down 100 lbs, Off All Medications, and Doing Workouts
Just popping by to say hello to each of you on this Crew 56. I've been on this journey for a few years now. Finally actually joined the challenges. On my 4th one, but followed DLG's book and YouTubes before that. Down about 100 lbs, labs great, off all meds, doing the workouts and usually walk a couple miles, most days. Still overweight, but getting there. We can do this together.
